Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. II Corinthians 1:3‭-‬4 NKJV

As you read our theme verse, you can just tell that God cares about us and loves us so much. Blessed be the God of mercies and all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation! Hallelujah. He never lets you be on your own. Even when you go through difficult times, his presence and peace comforts you. Isn't that a wonderful blessing?

Now it's so beautiful how God designed our life. The Bible says He comforts us so that we may be able to also comfort others who go through troubles, with the same comfort with which He comforted us. In other words, we know how God handled us and cared for us in that difficult moment.

Now He expects us to replicate that same love and care to others who are also going through difficult times. We can do this because we have received love from Him and we understand His love. This simply means, that God sent us His blessing of peace and comfort, so that we can extend it others.

He blessed us for a purpose. So that others can be partakers of our blessings. We are blessed to be a blessing to many. Hallelujah. We are trained to train others, helped to help others, corrected to correct others, provided for so that we can provide for others. And it just goes on to be so beautiful. Your life isn't for you alone. God expects that someone will also benefit from the benefits which you have benefited from Him. Hallelujah.

Affirmation: I thank you Lord for your blessings upon my life. Now I realise I'm blessed not just for myself, but for the many others around me. And I'll be a blessing, to them in Jesus name. Amen.
