THE WORD OF GOD IN YOUR SPIRIT
Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night.
Psalms 1:1-2 NKJV
The book of Hebrews let's us in on a very important truth. "God who in time past spoke to the Fathers through the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things..." (Hebrews 1:1-2). This Son is Jesus Christ. He is the communication of God to us in this day.
This Jesus Christ whom we speak about is the Word of God, sent to us. He came in flesh to this world, and was crucified for our sakes (John 1:1-14). He was raised from the dead by the glory and power of God, to the intent that He would abide in everyone who would ever believe in Him. (Romans 8:11).
This Jesus Christ whom we speak about is the Word of God. He said , as recorded in John 15:4-5, "abide in me, and I in you, and you will bear much fruit". This Jesus Christ is the Word of God. He is the one who the Holy Spirit reveals through the scriptures. This Jesus is the Word of God.
Let the Word of God dwell in you richly. Right in your spirit. Be full of the Word of God. There is no other way to have the divine, successful, beautiful life God has planned for you, without being full of His Word. All you need to live victoriously is the Word of God in your spirit. Abide in Him.
Prayer: Dear Father, I thank you for Your Word sent to me from you. Dear Lord Jesus, I thank you for coming to me. Dear Holy Spirit, I thank you for your presence in me, and for revealing to me the Word of God even through scriptures. Thank you dear God in Jesus name. Amen.
