AS FAR AS YOU CAN SEE

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV) 

When the scripture talks about spiritual sight, it's not referring to what your eyes can see physically. It's not even referring to just dreams and visions. No. Spiritual sight refers to spiritual understanding and comprehension. 

So when we say "as far as your eyes can see", it doesn't refer to the scope of your physical sight. It rather means, as much as you can comprehend, understand, and apprehend. The scripture says, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, behold, all things have become new.

Many times, people read the verse and miss the "behold". Because that word behold can be rewritten as "see, all things have become new", or "understand that all things have become new". And that's where many people who are in Christ Jesus miss it.

They fail to understand that for them, all things have become new. It's their understanding that becomes a challenge. Because many times, we're trying to understand with our sense knowledge, something that was a product of the Spirit of faith. And until a person allows the word of faith be his source of comprehension, he will still walk in the dark. Don't walk in the dark.

Prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I believe your word is true. Without doubt and without mistakes it is true. Because I am in you, I am a new creation. Now I'll begin to consider myself, speak to myself and relate with myself as a new creation, irrespective of what my senses perceive in Jesus name. Amen.
