GRADUAL AND CONSISTENT

“On the first day of each week, you should each put aside a portion of the money you have earned. Don’t wait until I get there and then try to collect it all at once.” 1 Corinthians‬ ‭16:2‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Consider the recommendation that apostle Paul gave to the Christians at Corinth , concerning their contribution for Jerusalem. “On the first day of each week, set aside a portion of money. Don’t wait until I get there and then try to collect it all at once”.

Why did he say this? It is because he knew that if they’d waited and tried to collect everything all at once, then it would’ve be too much for them. But if they would just take it gradually, but consistently, they would achieve so much result without being so stressed.

Now this is the secret to making great and sustained progress. Don’t try to do it all at once. That will be too much stress, and it may not be sustained. Rather take it gradually, step-by-step, but do it consistently.

You’d be amazed at how much progress you would have made in such a short while. The key to sustained progress is in the simple but effective steps you take consistently over a period of time. The difference in results will be so large.

Affirmation : I believe in the process. I believe in consistency. I believe in progress that is sustained. By the grace of God, I remain consistent in the simple but effective steps, and my life is full of results. Glory to God!
