SHINE IN THE DARK
that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, Philippians 2:15
It's very easy for people to lose their cool, and start panicking about the occurrences in the world today. It's easy to count all the wicked things happening in the world right now, and exclaim about how dark the world has become.
But only a few people see the advantage. The darkness upon the earth is an opportunity for light to shine in high relevance and intensity.
The Bible says that where sin abounded, grace abounded much more (Rom. 5:20). So in this season of gross and thick darkness, the grace of Jesus is actually so increased that the glory of the Lord is risen upon His people.
These are not the days to panic, but these are the days to do what Christ created you for. Express His life, shine His light now more than ever. You're blessed. TCF
