YOUR MIND, THE ESSENCE
and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, Ephesians 4:23
The mind remains the most potent instrument of man. Your most vital organ, your most vital part is not your hand, or your feet, or your eye or any part of the body you can think of. It's your mind!
Truly, the functioning of any other part of the body is simply an extension of your mind. Basically, your activities is your mind brought alive. Many have downplayed the potency of their mind because it's one part of them they don't see.
Be wise! Whoever or whatever controls your mind controls you. Don't you get it? Though a man is born again, if his mind isn't yielded to Jesus, Jesus wouldn't be in control of His life.
Though a man is physically present, if his mind is straying, he is not present at all. Pay attention to your mind. It's the seat of your being. Your body is simply it's extension. Yield your mind intentionally to the Spirit of God in prayers and the word. You're blessed. TCF.
