HIS GRACE TRAINS
“This same grace teaches us how to live each day as we turn our backs on ungodliness and indulgent lifestyles, and it equips us to live self-controlled, upright, godly lives in this present age.” Titus 2:12 TPT
Recently, there's been a rise in certain teachings for which some people are beginning to have a marred view of the truth when they hear the words "grace message".Many Christians are tempted to frown at a "grace preacher", because they've been made to see the grace of God as what it is not.
We must not let a deception of darkness redefine our truth in Christ! The grace of God which has appeared to all men brings total and entire forgiveness from sin,a cancellation of the sin penalty as Christ takes your place.(Matthew 26:28). And then very importantly, the exact same grace of God brings deliverance and freedom from power of sin.(Romans 6:14).
Total deliverance and freedom from it as Christ gives you His nature, which replaces the former nature of the old man. (Colossians 3:10). You are totally changed hallelujah!!These two things were fully received in Christ, in His grace and must be fully recognised and taken advantage of.
As you fellowship with His grace through the Spirit and the Word, He teaches you how to, and makes you at home with living above sin. He teaches you to turn away from all evil, and live a productive life in godliness.This teaching is experiential, and is powered through the Holy Spirit. Without His grace, it's impossible to live for God. Take advantage of the grace which the word of God brings and live fully in His glory. Hallelujah!! TCF
