HIS MINISTRY IS THE HELP
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. John 14:26
You see, Jesus told us, that the Holy Spirit is the Helper. This means that the Holy Spirit Himself is not the help. But rather, He brings the help we need to us. Just as Jesus was in a boat with His disciples and the storm and wind threatened to sink the boat;
Jesus was there and the boat's float was threatened, until Jesus did something, He rebuked the wind and the storm. His action was the help, while He who performed the action was the Helper. So it is with The Holy Spirit. He comes to carry out work in us. That work or ministry that He does within us is the help, while He who does the work is the Helper.
This is very important because many people have the Helper living in them, and yet don’t receive of His help. This is simply because many don’t know why He came to them. Also many do not relate with Him. The Holy Spirit did not just come to live in you, just for the sake of being there. He came to do life with you.
He came to relate with you. He came to carry out His ministry in you. That’s where the real deal is. It is not enough to just have Him in you. You’ve got to relate with Him, and receive of His ministry. Otherwise though He is in you, it’ll be as though you are without Him. Don’t let your life be void of His activeness. His ministry is the help. You’re blessed. TCF.
