*Topic:* The Big Three.
*For reading and Meditation:* 1 Corinthians 13:1-13.
*Thought:* Anything void of Love becomes nothing.
*Memory Verse:* “And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity” (1 Cor. 13:13).
Faith, hope, and charity (God’s kind of love) are godly attributes. Satan possesses none of them and hates those who do. God is a God of faith, hope, and love. These are His characteristics. Those who genuinely possess them are “Godpossessed,” for they only come from and through the Lord.
People in today’s society often lack these qualities, but they have existed since God breathed His life into man, and they’ll be here as long as He continues to live in believers’ hearts. They abide regardless of political systems. People, under the direction of the devil, have tried to eradicate them, but their efforts have fallen short and always will. Love never fails (1 Cor. 13:8). Faith overcomes the world (1 John 5:4). We are saved by hope (Rom. 8:24).
These are the qualities that give life meaning and enjoyment. They distinguish human beings from the rest of creation. Remove them, and people act like animals.
Faith, hope, and love can melt even the vilest heart and reshape it in the image of God. But to live without them is to live with a low quality of life.
Satan seeks to strip men and women of faith, hope, and love, while the Lord never wills us to be without them. Warfare constantly rages between the kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness over these virtues. Let the Lord fill you today with His faith, hope, and love. Then turn around and release them to those who are faithless, hopeless, and starving for true “agape” love. (AW)

*Prayer Points:* Lord Jesus, my life did not become void of your Kind of Love, Faith and Hope. Amen!
