LEARN THROUGH THOSE MOMENTS
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; Romans 5:3
We understand through scriptures that Jesus though being the Son of God, learned obedience through the things He suffered.Because many times, it is easy for us to become extremely impatient and unhappy when unpleasant situations come to us.
We think, Ahh! If God is still on the throne, then why is this thing happening. Guess what? That's how babies think!That God is suddenly unfair because they are passing through a moment of trial. Funny! How then are you supposed to learn maturity? You want spiritual maturity to come by imoartation? Impossible! You learn it! Through your responses, to the challenge you face!
If Jesus through being the very Son of God, even one with the Father, had to learn obedience through the things He suffered, then how much more you?You must learn obedience too! And it never happens through sweet moments.
Of course obedience at the end of the day is beautiful, but you must choose to respond like a mature believer in those moments of trial and tribulations so as to master obedience and grow spiritually.Take advantage of the trying moments. Respond in faith and love towards Christ and your neighbours. Refuse to be a babe. By your response to challenges, learn and grow through them. You're blessed. TCF.
