CONTINUE IN THE LOVE WALK
And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you, I Thessalonians 3:12 NKJV
Have you realised that without love, it is impossible to practice eternal life. Eternal life is the life of Christ, which replaced our human life when we came into Christ. This is the life which we have been called to live. The true Christ life.
It is impossible to live this Christ life, without love being a huge part of your picture. This is because, love is the base upon which God chose to make His life available to us. (John 3:16). The life we have received from God is so selfless. It's a life that always seeks the true good of others.
That's why Jesus sent us out with the gospel of salvation, to search out and deliver those who are lost. Without making love a priority to us, we will definitely misrepresent God, and we will not fulfill purpose. God is love, and God defines true love.
Let's ensure we are full of the love of God, as His love has already been poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit in us. (Romans 5:5). Now, we must walk in love, towards others, towards the work of God, and even towards ourselves. Let God's love and God's word lead in all we do.
Affirmation: In the name of the Lord Jesus, I'm full of love. God's love guides every step I take, towards others, towards the work of God, and even towards myself. In these last days, my love will not wax cold, but it will be so strong for Jesus. In Jesus name. Amen.
