But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ’s gift. Therefore He says: “When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, And gave gifts to men.” Ephesians 4:7‭-‬8 NKJV

To each one of us, grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift. Therefore He says "when He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men. This tells us that the gifts we have in Christ are reflective of the graces at work in our life. Your gifts are actually the embodiments of grace at work in your life.

Why's this important? Some persons don't know they have any gifts in God. Consequently, they don't really know their callings. Many think that it takes something that's appears so supernatural to happen before they have can have any gifts.

But no. To identify your gifts in Christ, just observe the graces that are at work in your life. The graces are identifiable because, you'll observe that you excel specially in the area of your life where the grace is at work. Sometimes, you might not yet be so excellent in that area yet, but you'll have a strong passion for things related to that aspect of life.

This is because, many times, you still have to be trained to excel in your areas of giftings and graces. There are things you need to learn from those that have gone ahead of you, to give you an edge. But be rest assured, if you are in Christ, you have graces at work in your life, these reflect your gifts and consequently your calling in Christ.

Prayer: Dear Father, I thank you for your grace at work in my life. I know I am called and chosen to be in Christ for your purpose. Help me to live for you daily, in Jesus mighty name. Amen
