THE WISDOM OF ADMINISTRATION

“But wisdom is shown to be right by the lives of those who follow it.””

‭‭Luke‬ ‭7:35‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Once, when it was time to pay taxes, Jesus asked Peter to go get a coin from the mouth of a fish (Mathew 17:27). But the Bible also let's us know that the team of Jesus had a financial secretary/treasurer (Judas Iscariot) (John 12:6).

This means that though they believed in the miraculous, they had some sort of administration, and didn't always depend on the miraculous money for survival. The wisdom of God had taught them how to administratively build a sustainable monetary system.

The Spirit of God is the Spirit of the miraculous. We don't downplay it at all. But that same Spirit is the Spirit of wisdom, who teaches us how to build sustainable systems for the thriving of various parts of lives.

Basically God wants us to learn to be administratively wise in the running of our lives. If we happen to need a miracle while being wise, a miracle will definitely show up for us. But if we find ourselves always needing a miracle to survive, then Something is wrong. There's something we've not learnt right.

Prayer: I thank you Dear Lord for the miraculous. I also thank you for your wisdom at work in me. By your wisdom I live my life following paths you have prearranged, having the assurance that you're always with me. In Jesus name. Amen
