YOU ARE A HEALER
And it happened that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and dysentery. Paul went in to him and prayed, and he laid his hands on him and healed him. Acts 28:8
Notice how the Bible described what Paul did to the sick man. The Bible didn't say Paul prayed and God healed the man. The scripture said, Paul prayed and healed him. This is so important, because this is why many people don't get healed when they pray.
Many Christians do not realise that God has made them healers. You are to heal the sick in the name of Jesus (Mark 16:18). Christ already gave you the victory and authority over sickness, diseases, demons, devils and so on.
Now all you have to do is use your authority. Imagine a police man calling the government to help him arrest someone. It doesn't make sense, and it wouldn't work. But that's how many Christians behave.
When praying for the sick to be healed, you don't pray to God to come and take the sickness away, no! You speak to the sickness directly and command it to get out! No negotiations. You're a healer! Use your authority! You're blessed. TCF
