which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it has now been revealed by the Spirit to His holy apostles and prophets: Ephesians 3:5

Many people know God as the mysterious God, and many sincerely believe that God is mysterious. To be mysterious means to be hidden, unclear, and difficult to understand. All these are how God used to be before Christ came, and are how He seems to those who are yet to receive Christ.

Why? Christ is essentially the the revelation of the only true God who has seemed mysterious to man all this while.Ephesians 3:3 says “how that by revelation, He made known to me the mystery (as I have briefly written already). You see God is in the business of demystifying mysteries to us. So to the flesh (the human life), God is mysterious,

but in Christ, God is demystified and revealed openly by the Holy Spirit to us.Don’t jump to join the crowd to call God things He is not to you. He is not and does not intend to be or to remain mysterious.

Once He was mysterious in the old covenant, and to the flesh He is. But you who are in Christ are neither under the old covenant nor in the flesh. By the new covenant, you have been born into the Spirit, where God is revealed in Christ by the Holy Spirit, and His mysteries demystified. choose to know Him, and don’t be far from Him. For by His Spirit you have access to relate personally with Him, and get to know Him yourself. You’re blessed. TCF.
