TOUGHENED IN CHRIST!
Isaiah 43:2
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you. Nkjv
When you came to Christ, He changed your identity. He changed your nature, and it's important to understand this. The Christian is not a baby looking for help out of trouble, or seeking for an easy path in life, no! The Christian is the offspring of the Most High God. Read that again! You are the offspring of the alpha and Omega! What should you be afraid of?
We are not promised an easy or baby path in life, but we are built by the Word and the Spirit to be tougher than anything the world can throw at us. That's why we have overcome. Not because the world became easier, no! But because we are made strong according to the strength of God.
The greater one is our identity. As we dwell in Him, we grow in strength! So don't go about crying, feeling disadvantaged and looking for where it is easier, no! Understand that you are tougher than anything the world could ever call difficult. When there difficult moments come, they are bread! Glory to God! You are toughened as you dwell in the Word.
Practice the Word and fellowship with the Spirit. You are a man of prayer. You are toughened in Christ!
