QUIT GIVING EXCUSES
2 Peter 1:3
as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
The Christian is an unlimited being. Yes literally. The Christian is fully equipped from day one to function in the fullness of God. Unfortunately, most Christians choose not to know this. They rather think like mere men, and be limited with the limitations of humans. This is so wrong. The Christian has no reason to give excuses for failure.
Simply because, the Christian is not designed to fail! You are made in the image and likeness of God. To be like Him and act like Him. Where does failure show up in the picture? No where! See our theme verse, His divine power has granted us everything that pertains to life and godlines, through the knowledge of God, who called us by His glory!
We have all things that we need for life and godlines already granted to us. This doesn't sound like a life fashioned to accommodate excuses. No, not at all! You are designed for success, to the glory of God, and you are fully equipped for it. You've got to stop giving excuses for a mediocre and average life.
Take hold of the Word of God because it's your truth. Stop doubting or limiting the Word. Believe it wholly and function in that light. Refuse to think like the humans think. You are born again, with eternal life, not human life. You are divine! You are fashioned for success. Quit giving God excuses and start functioning in the light of the Word. That's God's plan for you.
