CHRIST IS OUR GOVERNMENT
Isaiah 33:22
(For the LORD is our Judge, The LORD is our Lawgiver, The LORD is our King; He will save us);
Jesus Christ is more than just someone who died for our sins. The Holy Spirit is way more than anything we've ever thought of to us. Christ is not just a governor to us. He is the whole government, by which and in which we are governed. The Lord is our judge (He is the judiciary in charge of ensuring Justice in us, Justice for us, and justice through us).
The Lord is our law giver. He has written His Word in our hearts, such that we are born of the Word. He gives us the precepts and ways by which we must live. He is the legislature, ensuring we have and understand His Word to live by. The Lord is our King. He is in charge of enforcing His power in us, working on us and through us, such that we fulfill His purposes for our lives.
His word which we have, is executed by Him. He is the executive ensuring that no word of His ever returns to Him void. Christ is our judiciary, legislature, and executive. He is not just our governor. He is the whole government! He is the council of authority over our lives. You now see why we cannot be subject to the faults and limitations of human or worldly governments?
Because Christ is the real government over us! He is everything to us. And He governs us, to the fulfillment of salvation in our lives. Glory to God! Thus we must willfully submit ourselves to the government of Jesus Christ, because we love Him, and we will fully enjoy His benefits.
Say this with me: Christ is my government. I choose to wilfully and wholly submit to Him. I cannot be subject to the limitations of the world governments, because my real government is Christ! I am limitless! I am governed in salvation! Glory to God! Hallelujah! Remain on the Word and in prayers. You're blessed. -TCF
