ZERO DISADVANTAGES
But I want you to know, brethren, that the things which happened to me have actually turned out for the furtherance of the gospel,
Philippians 1:12 NKJV
There's only one reason anybody would be disadvantaged in life. It's if and only if you're living a life where you're not being led by the Holy Spirit of God. Or more properly put, a life where you're not following the leadership of the Holy Spirit in your life.
Apostle Paul said in (Romans 8:28), that all things work together for good, to those who love God, who are the called according to His purpose. Guess what? That's actually everyone in Christ Jesus. Because for everyone in Christ Jesus, the love of God has been poured out in our hearts. (Romans 5:5)
But you see, walking practically with the Lord, you must let His love fill your heart. Don't get full with other things. Don't get full with the pursuit of a good life here on earth, at the expense of the love of God in you. If you get full of God's love which is in your heart, you'd decide to follow his leadings and leadership because you love Him dearly.
If you love the Lord, then you'd be sure that He loves you so much even before you loved Him. And you'd know that even the most difficult moments humanly speaking, are for your advantage and that of the kingdom. It's a mindset of security. Because you're only following the leadership of your all powerful love-Father. Hallelujah.
Prayer: Dear Father, I thank you! Because I know you love me dearly. And therefore you lead me in righteousness. Even the most difficult situations, in your love are for my advantage and that of the kingdom. Thank you dear Lord for your presence in Jesus name. Amen.
