YOUR MINDSET
For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. Romans 8:5
The scripture tells us that the type of life a person lives is a product of the setting of his mind. Because you live, not by what life throws at you, but by your response to life. So a mind that is set on the flesh, produces a life lived according to the flesh and,
A mind set on the Spirit produces a life lived according to the Spirit. A mind set on the flesh is a mind that thinks upon fleshly things, or reasons things generally in a fleshly manner.
A mind set on the Spirit is a mind that thinks upon spiritual things and reasons things generally in a spiritual manner. So two things you must allow the Word and Spirit of God to teach you are,
What things to think upon, and how to think upon the things you think upon. Pay attention to your mind, because it is your most vital organ, determining the experience of your life. Be blessed.
