WITH LOVE AND RESPECT
We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Romans 15:1
Have you ever seen a believer in Christ, who you think you are more enlightened than with respect to spiritual things, and this person though with not very accurate knowledge has a deep reverence, zeal and p
assion for God?
You might be tempted to look down on such a person, and even be amused at them, because you see them putting so much effort into things that you feel aren't very relevant or that should be done differently.
When you meet such persons, don't despise them. Don't look down on them, not even in your mind. Understand that they do what they do with a heart of worship and reverence to Jesus Christ.
Remember that your own works in themselves are not perfect before God, and just as Christ is perfecting you, He is also perfecting them. Treat them with love and respect. Be blessed.
Prayer: Thank you Father for your love which has been poured out in my heart, and for your wisdom within me. Help me Lord, as I chose to treat others right, in honour and love, in Jesus name. Amen
