So Joshua did as Moses said to him, and fought with Amalek. And Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. Exodus 17:10

In one of the battles of Israel, Moses, Hur, and Aaron went to the mountain top, while Joshua and his men went to the physical battle field. When Moses raised his hand to God in worship and prayer (spiritual warfare), Joshua defeated the enemies.

But when Moses brought his hand down, the enemies defeated the Israelites. This is still the case today. Every battle must be fought on both ends. The spiritual and the physical. The only problem with Christians is that they want to end at being only a Moses.

The average Christian only wants to pray and make decelerations, and then leave the physical field for the enemy to dominate. No! It wouldn't work that way. If Joshua and his men didn't need to be practically and physically involved, they'd have been at the mountain top praying too. But they had to be on ground.

Dear believer, after praying, what do you do? To change the narrative in entertainment, arts, politics, education, etc, after your prayers, what next? You are a Moses and a Joshua in one! Pray and act! Get practically involved. You're blessed. TCF
