For reading and Meditation: Psalm 5:1-6.
*Thought:* The true Fellowship are with men who understand the "When" of seeking God.
*Memory Verse:* Mark 1:35 "And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed"
David was a man who is often referred to as a man after God's heart and the secret to this is not far fetched from the fact that he was a man of Fellowship. He sure knows how to build and develop great level of intimacy with God. Hence, God loves him greatly.
He did not just commune with God but do on regular basis as seen in Psalm 55:16-17.
His daily devotion was so dear to him that he ensures he communicate with his maker before going out to attend to other things for the day.
How dear is your devotion to you? A regular personal Fellowship does not only build you up spiritually. It also helps you to have a taste of the power of the personality of who you are fellowshiping with. The only way you can access your full worth in Christ comes in place of Fellowship.
Jesus Christ himself was a perfect example of men who never take for granted, effective communication with the creator.
You can start with a brief prayer, then, take time to study the word. Also, do not forget the place of worship and praise in fellowshiping.
You need his strength to guide you through the day and early Fellowship gives you this strength
Assignment: Decide and make an intentional step to start true fellowship as from today.
Prayer Points: I receive the power of true Fellowship in Jesus name. Amen.
