Topic: You can do more.
For reading and Meditation: Philippians 3:12-14
Thought: Let go off things already achieved and focus on things needed to be achieve.
*Memory Verse:* Philippians 3:13 "Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before".
Have you ever done something and then you keep on admiring yourself over and over again or you keep on praising yourself for a job well-done? Well the feeling is not unusual.
However, that should not be the end. It should be the beginning, because it shows you can do more.
Probably the souls you have won have become countless, do not count yourself to have attained.
If you are in Christ, the grace of God which has enabled you to achieve great things in him is still very much available to enable you do more.
Do not rest on your oars, otherwise you will find others far ahead of you before you realise what is going on.
You can pray for hours now. Good! but that shouldn't be the yardstick for tagging yourself "achieved".
The prize is yet to be received until Christ is fully fulfilled. Keep Soaring higher.
If excellence is attainable then very good is never enough.
We can do more for Christ.
Assignment: If you are yet to be truly born again, the grace of God is very much available. Open up your heart now.
If you are already born again, why don't you strive more to let others know about this Jesus.
