WHOSE REPORT DO YOU BELIEVE
Isaiah 53:1
Who has believed our report?
And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
We live in a world with so many voices, so many words coming from so many sources. So much information out there, that one not being sensitive could get confused. But Christ didn't want us confused so He gave us His Word as the Truth.
He gave us His Word as the only truth. So anything not conformed to His Word is false. He gave us His Spirit to help us identify and believe the truth only. Yet many people very easily believe other reports that aren't of God, because they appeal to their senses more.
Whose report do you believe? The report of your condemnation because of your past, or the report of your justification in Christ? The report of how impossible it is to life above sin, or the report of the ease and possibility to live righteously, because of Christ's righteousness in you?
The report of your sickness from the doctor, or the report of your health in Christ Jesus? Truly whose report do you believe? If you must please God and live in His victory, then you must honestly and with your whole heart, believe only His report entirely. Anything short of this, is unacceptable. Choose to believe His report. You're blessed. -TCF
