Hebrews 4:9

There remains therefore a rest for the people of God.

Many people live a life of struggle and strife. For them,to live righteously is a struggle, to pray is a struggle, to manage finance is a struggle, to get married is a struggle, to pass exams is a struggle, to do almost everything is a struggle for them. Such persons never get to enjoy the peace , righteousness and joy of the Holy Spirit (Romans 14:17).

Because they are always striving, fighting or struggling with one thing or the other. This is not right. It's not God's plan for you. Jesus said come to me all you who are weary and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28). People think that this means that each time they get weary and overburdened with stuff, then they should come to Jesus and receive rest.

But no, that's not what it means. It rather means that you were weary, full of labours of this world and heavily burdened by them, but when you came to Jesus Christ (when you got born again) He took all the struggle away from you and gave you rest. Thus you don't live in the struggles anymore at all. You should live eternally in the rest of Christ.

You must believe and understand that in Christ your worries and struggles are over. How do you experience this? Quit being focused on the problems. Rather, Spend that time meditating on the Word of God. Pray the word as well. As the Word finds substantive dwelling in your heart, you'll realise that the struggle aren't there anymore. Glory to God!! Quit the struggles and spend that energy on the Word. You're blessed!
