BE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE ORDINARY/NATURAL
2 Peter 1:4
by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
We are made to understand that we are called you be partakers of the divine nature of God. This means we are to have fellowship, to share in the reality of the God life. We are not called to live ordinary lives or to live according you the elements of nature.
Worldly wisdom makes it very normal for people to live ordinary lives. It is considered natural to be ordinary. But we who are in Christ must get uncomfortable with the ordinary/natural life. That's not how we are called to live. We are not saved to continue with the "normal" sins, shortcomings, hate, anger, wickedness, sickness, pain, heartbreak, struggles, sufferings, poverty, that is obtainable in the world. No!
You are not saved to be disadvantaged by the elements of humanity, and you cannot be disadvantaged! Therefore, you must get uncomfortable with the ordinary/natural life. Get uncomfortable with the carnal and worldly life. Get uncomfortable with the painful and depressed life. Get uncomfortable with the life of hate and jealousy.
Refuse to live like the world does. Refuse to accept as normal, what the world and humans accept as normal. You are a different species. You are not of the mankind. You are of the Godkind, called to live the God life, according to the divine nature of God. Your desire for the divine will play a major role in bringing you into deeper realities. Refuse to be ordinary! You're blessed -TCF
